Assessment & RPL
Course Assessment & RPL
You will be required to sit a range of practical and written assessments. At the time of application, a self-assessment kit will help determine your current level of learning and whether you are eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Course Schedule
Participants will attend face-to-face weekly sessions in the classroom environment, supplemented by home-based study. The course comprises 40 weeks of training spread over 4 terms, plus 12 weeks of term breaks.
Entry Requirements
Academic
- Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement.
– Have completed a qualification equivalent to Australian Diploma level (AQF Level 5) or higher.
OR
– Have completed Australian Year 12 equivalent and two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in the field of organisational learning and capability development at a supervisor or manager role.
English Proficiency
IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0 or TOEFL IBT 60 or PTE Academic 50 or equivalent.
Test results must be no more than 2 years old.
General Numeracy
Candidates must possess adequate numeracy skills to successfully complete advanced computations, including working with ratios and percentages.
