Application Process at a Glance

Apply & Submit

Complete the relevant Application form for your student status. Submit it directly to the BCH Admissions team along with all of your requested supporting documentation.

Assessment & Offer

BCH will assess your application against your chosen course requirements. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer and an Enrolment Agreement to sign and return with the requested fees.

Visa Arrangements

International students must arrange their student visa with their local Department of Immigration. Rest assured, should your visa be refused, BCH will refund all paid fees in full.

Essential Policies & Resources

BCH’s Fee and Refund Policy outlines how fees are managed, protected, and refunded in compliance with national standards. All student-initiated refund requests must be submitted via the Student Refund Application Form, and valid requests are processed within 28 business days. The policy also details your fee protection rights and automatic refunds in the event of provider default or course cancellation.

Brisbane College of Horticulture assesses all applications to ensure candidates meet the academic and vocational requirements for their chosen course. Once your application and supporting documents are submitted, our admissions team will review your file. Successful applicants will receive a formal Letter of Offer and an Enrolment Agreement. Your enrolment is finalized once you sign the agreement and pay the requested initial fees.

International students must demonstrate appropriate English language proficiency to ensure they can successfully participate in their coursework. BCH accepts recognized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE. Specific score requirements depend on the Diploma or Advanced Diploma you are applying for and will be verified by our admissions team during your application assessment.
